• pb999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for suspicious transactions.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

The terms for receiving and using pb999 bonus offers are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is 100% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount — for example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in bets.
• Wagering is calculated based only on the bonus amount — not on the combined deposit and bonus.
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000. Or ৳42,000 deposit → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total ৳62,000.
• A bonus can be received only once per account. Claiming multiple bonuses from the same IP address or device is not allowed.
• pb999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to use bonuses fraudulently may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

To ensure a fair and balanced environment for all users on pb999, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated bots, software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Collusion or conspiring with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit any technical flaw or bug in the system for unfair gain.
• Any transaction connected to money laundering or illegal funds.
• Claiming bonuses multiple times through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to hack or intrude into pb999's systems or network.

If any such violation is detected, the associated account will be terminated immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

7 VIP Programme & Rewards

pb999's VIP membership is divided into three tiers, each offering different benefits:

• Bronze Tier — up to 0.3% cashback per week and basic VIP benefits.
• Silver Tier — up to 0.7% cashback per week and enhanced priority support.
• Gold Tier — up to 1.0% cashback per week with exclusive benefits and the fastest service.

Moving to a higher tier depends on your regular activity and participation on the platform. VIP benefits are for personal use and are non-transferable.

8 Privacy & Data Protection
