pb999 Responsible Gaming
Your Protection, Our Commitment
Enjoy entertainment in a controlled way — pb999 gives you all the tools to set limits, take breaks, and get support.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming is an enjoyable form of entertainment, but it stays healthy only when the player remains aware. pb999 believes that the joy of gaming is complete only when it is controlled and moderate. Our goal is to ensure that no game or bet negatively affects your personal life, family relationships, or financial stability.
Every player has a responsibility — to themselves and to their family. At pb999, we are committed to helping you meet that responsibility. On this page, you will learn how to set limits, which signs indicate a problem, and where to get help when needed.
Remember: Gaming is a leisure activity. It should not be seen as a way to solve financial problems or as a source of income. Always play within your means.
pb999 Safety Tools
21+ Age Required
pb999 strictly ensures that only individuals aged 21 or above can register and play on the platform. Protecting minors from access is our highest priority.
If there are younger family members in your household, use password protection on your device and keep your account login details private.
Set Deposit Limits
You can set a limit on how much money you can deposit within a given period — daily, weekly, or monthly. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately.
To increase a limit, you must wait through a specified cooling-off period — this protects you from making impulsive decisions.
Time-Out (Taking a Break)
Feeling like you need a break? At pb999, you can take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours to several weeks. During the break, you will not be able to log in to your account.
Your account details and balance remain fully secure during a time-out.
Permanent Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is causing serious problems in your life, choose self-exclusion. Selecting this option will deactivate your account for the long term.
To request self-exclusion, email [email protected] or let our team know via live chat.
Reality Check Reminders
It can be hard to track how long you have been in a gaming session. pb999's reality check feature will regularly remind you how much time you have spent.
A message will appear at set intervals to help you assess the situation.

Warning Signs of a Problem
If the following signs appear, it means gaming habits may be getting out of control. Be honest with yourself.
- Betting more money than you can afford or playing with borrowed money.
- Repeatedly playing to try to recover lost money ("chasing losses").
- Lying about gaming or hiding it from family and friends.
- Feeling restless, irritated, or anxious when unable to play.
- Neglecting work, family, or social responsibilities to keep playing.
- Draining savings or selling assets to cover gaming expenses.
- Gradually spending more time and money on gaming and being unable to stop.
Ask Yourself
Ask yourself these questions regularly. Honest answers will keep you aware.
Am I playing for entertainment?
If gaming feels more like a "need" than entertainment, it is time to be cautious.
Am I staying within my budget?
Only play with money whose loss will not affect your daily life.
Can I stop when I want to?
Being able to stop playing the moment you decide to — that is one of the key signs of healthy gaming.
If the answer to any of the above questions is "no", contact the pb999 support team right away.

Protecting Minors
pb999 is for individuals aged 21 and above only.
Age is verified at the time of registration on our platform. However, as a guardian in your household, you also have a responsibility. Use parental control software on your device to prevent minors from accessing online gaming sites.
Never share your pb999 account password and keep your login details private. Participation in gaming by children or teenagers is strictly prohibited and pb999 makes no exceptions on this matter.
If you suspect that a minor is using someone's account, notify us immediately at [email protected]. We will act promptly.
Financial Safety and Budgeting Tips
Always keep your gaming within a planned budget. Some practical tips:
- Set aside a fixed amount for gaming each month — spend only that amount.
- Never play with borrowed money or by dipping into your savings.
- Do not use money set aside for bills, rent, or family emergencies on gaming.
- Play within a set time limit — playing for hours on end increases risk.
- Practice stopping even after a win — the thought of "just a little more" is where problems begin.
- Use pb999's deposit limit feature to set your budget in advance.
Remember, there is no guarantee of winning in gaming. Every game is an independent event and the outcome is entirely random. The idea that following a "system" or "strategy" can guarantee wins is not correct.

The minimum deposit across all payment methods at pb999 is just ৳300.
